What is Podiatric Care?

Podiatric care focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of foot, ankle, and related leg conditions. Common conditions would include bunions, warts, hammertoes, heel pain, plantar fasciitis, ingrown toenails, Morton’s neuroma, and Achilles tendonitis. Podiatric care plays an essential role in preventing foot and ankle injuries to keep you mobile and active.

Early diagnosis of serious problems, such as diabetes and arthritis, allow for prompt treatment and discussions of how to improve your overall health. With some podiatric injuries such as fractures, sprains, strains, and ankle injuries surgery might be necessary to correct. Surgical procedures can be performed, custom orthotics prescribed and dispensed, all from our office.

Our board-certified Podiatrist at Zenith Integrated Specialists will partner with you to provide individualized podiatric care that fits your needs and lifestyle. By taking the time to review your detailed medical history and perform the physical examinations necessary, our specialist will explain your diagnosis and work with you to create your comprehensive treatment plan.
